Decent Value If You Like Heavily Scented Products
I’ve been taking better care of my skin after decades of neglect and have been enjoying trying new skincare products. I spotted this “24K Gold Skincare Set 5 Piece, Moisturizing Face Skin Care Kit.” The listing identifies the brand as OUPEICHARM, while the box appears to be branded as MooYam. I ordered the set in Dec 2025 and couldn’t find a manufacturing or expiration date on either the box or the individual bottles. That information is important to me, so I was disappointed it wasn’t included. The set is labeled as manufactured in China. Excluding the facial wash, all of the bottles are glass, and all of the pumps work well for me.All of the products in the set contain gold flakes. The facial wash lathered easily. The toner felt very thick to me, while the lotion felt quite thin. The essence and cream are both smooth and slick. Overall, I feel like none of the products absorbed into my skin very well. They seemed to sit on the surface and eventually feel a bit tacky which I didn’t like.I’m fragrance sensitive, and this set has a consistent scent across all of the products. Unfortunately, I’m not fond of the fragrance, and it’s too strong for me. Even after trying to wash it off, I could still detect the aroma.Overall, this set isn’t a good fit for me. At the time of my order, it cost $28. It could be a great value for someone who enjoys more heavily fragranced skincare products. Unfortunately, the scent is a deal breaker for me, and I simply can’t use it. Since I only used the products in the set twice, I can’t speak to any changes in my skin but they didn’t cause any irritation.

I am glad I got this. It is an impressive-looking set of skincare products that comes in a simple but chic gold box with a magnetic closure, definitely gift-quality. The contents look high end too – the bottles and jars inside are heavy glass, and all the containers have some gold metallic coloring and a classic elegant design. There are five skin care products inside, and they don’t skimp on the amounts of any of them. It includes a large tube of facial cleanser, a large bottle of toner, a dropper bottle of facial serum (essence), a jar of face cream, and a large bottle of lotion. All except the cleanser contain gold, along with a variety of other ingredients, depending on their purpose. The full ingredient lists are on the back of the box, along with directions for use.These products are for cleansing, moisturizing, and reducing wrinkles. The cleanser, cream, and lotion have an added fragrance – a pleasant feminine perfume-like scent that is not too strong, but might bother those with sensitivities. Gold helps to brighten skin tone and, along with the other ingredients, has some anti-aging benefits. Another ingredient you might want to be aware of is snail mucin, which is in the face cream. I used to avoid that ingredient because of the image that springs to mind, but they process and purify it so much it doesn’t bother me any more, and its benefits are well documented. All five of these products are clear and are lightweight, almost fluid – even the lotion and cream are not white as I expected, but look more like clear gels and have a gel-like texture too. I like these, particularly the lotion and cream. My skin felt smooth, soft and moisturized after using them. These products are gentle so I had no negative reactions, like redness, itchiness or rashes, after using them. This is a great value for what you get – the set is very reasonably priced, very good quality and beautifully presented.
