I love this shampoo!
This shampoo has help my hair stay fresh and healthy. I’ve noticed my hairline has stayed pretty steady and it seems to be working from what I can tell!It smells great and has an interesting bottle shape that seems to work well.

Simply the best shampoo!
This shampoo is the best I’ve ever tried so far and I know I’m done looking for any other product’s my hair is so much thicker and stronger than ever before as advertised, it is very reasonably priced also! I would recommend this shampoo to anyone men or women Itssimply the best, Thank you!!

Surprisingly Great for Dandruff
I want to give this like a 3.5 stars. But rounded up to 4 stars. Here’s why: it really does help with adding volume to hair but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the scent. Otherwise, this is one of the very few shampoos I’ve used for thinning hair that was good for my scalp. This shampoo basically cured my dandruff. I can’t remember if that’s what it was marketed for but it really does help itchy and flaky scalps. That alone is a good reason to buy it.

Fantastic product
I like the way it makes my scalp feel and my hair smell. It’s really a great product.Also I buy Alpecin because it’s a great product and Alpecin supports cycling. From the UCI teams to our local Crits, Tulsa Tough, Alpecin is there to support cycling, so I support Alpecin.

Not for hair loss or regrowth. Just good shampoo but expensive
The hard fact is if you want to stop the hair loss, you have to take the medication. You may find a scary story of side effects on those medication but it is very rare, and it actually works from day 1. If you want regrowth of your hair permanently, the hair transplant is the only option. If you are trying this shampoo or any other product for hair loss or regrowth, it will not work no matter how the sellers or manufacturers advertise. I like this shampoo because it does not make my hair too soft like most other shampoo. The menthol smell feels good too.However, the price keeps going up, so I’ve decided to ditch this product.I found OGX Anti-Hair Fall Coconut Caffeine Shampoo. It is a good product with a good price. I actually like it better than Alpecin

Fresh thicker hair!

Does *not* smell like coffee
I understand that this product is *clearly* aimed at men, however, in the same way that Axe Body Spray is the stereotypical teenage boy scent, this shampoo is the stereotypical smelly, old-man scent. I was hopeful that it smelled slightly of coffee, but no.Imagine if the smells of Zest and Irish Springs were dialed up to 11 and then they had a baby. This shampoo would be their love child. It’s baaad! We’re talking eye-watering, headache-inducing strong. It doesn’t dissipate after drying, either. I honestly can’t tell if it simmers down slightly or if it just kills off some of the scent receptors in my nose and I get slightly used to it. That being said, I can still smell it strongly, it just doesn’t make my eyes water after it dries. I have also gone several days without re-washing my hair with it and it STILL smells just as strongly! It never seems to go away!If they had this in a different, not necessarily “womanly” scent (one without a pink tax associated with it), and it wasn’t so bold (or obviously “manly”) that it felt like a punch to the olfactory system, I’d definitely try it out! As it currently stands, it’s a very unpleasant experience to use. It’s still too early to say whether or not it’s doing anything for my hair, and I might abandon using it altogether due to the overwhelming smell and never find out. 🫤 Oof!I will say that I am currently looking for other caffeine shampoos to try out. The good news is that I think I could probably squeeze some onto a sponge and hang it around trees or shrubs or the garden fence and keep deer/pests away. I bet it would work better than a bar of Irish Springs!! 😂
