Easy to Apply
Love this little liner. Goes on and stays on all day. It’s soft and easy to apply in between the lash line. Brown is a beautiful natural shade which gives a little definition to the eye. Great price! These ELF products are amazingly quick brilliant.

Love the color
I love the color and love that ELF is truly cruelty free but this pencil really does smudge after about an hour. The pencil also gets harder over time and it can make it harder to get color pay off. The color is gorgeous though – kind of a reddish undertone rather than purple plum. I say it’s worth it if you don’t mind using a q tip to clean it up a bit. :]

Awesome ELF is the best!!!
My new favorite eyeliner. Very few make pencil eyeliners that aren’t self sharpening. I like to sharpen my own for a finer tip. Recently discovered this one and I love it. Very inexpensive, doesn’t pull on my lid, goes on smoothly, and lasts. Also, highly pigmented. I am telling you…this is unusual! My new go to. Please don’t stop making this eyeliner!!!

It’s creamy goes on easy, and has a nice color (albeit darker than the green pictured), however, it smears easily on the lash line and doesn’t last long on the waterline.You will need to retouch it throughout the day.

Great look at a great price!
I bought this to replace a wooden pencil, that has been discontinued, from another, very expensive brand. Lucky me! I like this one much better than the one I’d used for years, and can buy about 5 of them for what one of the previous ones cost. It goes on very smoothly and stays all day. Doesn’t smear. The plum color is beautiful…very dark. Looks great with green eyes. Will definitely buy again!
