Gentle, Hydrating Serum for Sensitive Skin
I tried this Full Spectrum Hyaluronic Acid Serum with Copper Peptides, and it’s a lightweight, hydrating serum that works well for sensitive skin. The formula is designed to support hydration, soothing, and post-treatment care, especially after things like microneedling.It comes with 30 individual vials, and each one is more than enough to cover the face, neck, and chest. I’ve even been able to get more than one use out of a single vial, although that will vary from person to person. The serum feels like good quality, and I really like that it’s individually pre-portioned. It also makes it very convenient for travel.The texture is light and absorbs quickly without feeling sticky or heavy. It layers easily with other products and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I didn’t experience any irritation, which is important for something meant for sensitive or post-treatment skin.As far as results, it’s still too early to tell, but I do like how it feels on my skin so far. Overall, it’s a gentle, easy-to-use serum if you’re looking for something soothing and hydrating.

TL;DR: Helps balance and regulate skinSorry for the long review, but my specific experience might help someone…I chose these Prof. Ling vials because I liked the hygienic ampoules and hoped they would keep the formula more stable and fresh.The presentation is beautiful and clinical. Each vial has its own expiration date (mine are nearly three years out), so I know it’s fresh.The pale blue serum is lightweight and soaks in my skin. It leaves no residue…it vanishes. This is the OPPOSITE of a rich cream that sits atop skin, and I dig that.You can push/pop the top back on each vial and split the dose between morning and evening. There is a generous amount in each vial, enough for 2x daily.MULTIPLE forms of hyaluronic acid, humectants, and soothing ingredients help calm skin. I have enlarged pores and oily, aging, sun damaged, acne-prone skin and experienced no irritation.Interestingly, even though this is a hydrating serum, my skin is LESS oily after application. It “balances” skin and regulates it for hours. This formula behaves much differently than a traditional moisturizer; it’s definitely a serum, not a moisturizer. One vial slowed my sebum for about 7 hours before a little glow showed through… a paradox I wasn’t expecting. I’ve tried drugstore HA products, and they did NOT have that effect, so the formula and HA types must matter.I think this is designed for:• dehydrated or stressed skin• sensitive, inflamed or reactive skin types• oily skin that wants hydration without shine• anyone using drying actives who needs gentle supportIt can perform differently depending on humidity. In drier indoor air (my home was around 32%), I found this serum worked best with a light, plain moisturizer on top to “seal” hydration in, or I actually felt a little dry! Experiment for yourself and see.I’ve been lucky to find a couple great treatments on Amazon Vine for my challenging skin. This one is near the top of the list because it works so differently, so quietly, so gently.When the air is dry, I apply this serum, WAIT 2 minutes and seal it with a light moisturizer. How this performs may depend on both your skin type AND the humidity (or lack thereof) in your home or office. This draws moisture from the air when humidity is higher, or from deeper layers of the skin when the air is too dry. Better than typical bottled hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid is a staple in my skincare routine. A lot of them have hyaluronic acid because it is helpful to my dry sensitive skin. I have used ampoule products before and I wanted to see how well this works.MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT1. This comes with 30 individual plastic vials of hyaluronic acid ampoule. These say that it is a full spectrum hyaluronic acid, and that it may have more potential benefits. The total volume is pretty good because it also contains copper peptides which has its own pluses. The total is 45 mL because each vial contains 1.5 mL solution.2. I personally find that 1.5 mL is a lot for my face. I had to use some on my neck when I already had product on because I did not want to waste an open vial.3. The hyaluronic acid solution is clear. I do not notice any type of scent added.4. It is very water-based. It goes on my skin nicely, though not as easy to massage since it has a tendency to absorb fast.5. Since this is a hyaluronic acid ampoule, I use it twice a week just prior to putting on a sheet mask for absorption purposes.6. My face feels really plump after, but the plumpness is also partially due to the mask I am using.7. This has cica, which is my favorite calming ingredient. Those with dry sensitive skin should appreciate these ampoules.8. The ampoule can be worn under makeup as it absorbs fast anyway.9. This is not my first Prof.Ling product. I have some of their products and I find them to be very good in quality.OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that this 30-pack hyaluronic acid ampoule is cost-effective and worth its value if you think you will benefit from a full spectrum hyaluronic acid serum. Plus, it also has peptides and cica.
