TikTok Made Me Do It
This is definitely a different kind of shampoo experience. It is thick and full of real herbs, so you actually have to take a minute to work it through your hair. It is not your typical lather heavy shampoo.I have found that emulsifying it in my hands first makes a big difference, then applying it and letting it sit for about 5 minutes while I finish the rest of my shower. It feels more like a treatment than a quick wash.The scent is very herbaceous, you can definitely smell the rosemary, clove, and other botanicals. It is not a sweet or traditional shampoo scent, so just something to keep in mind depending on your preference.I have noticed an improvement in the texture of my hair. It feels less frizzy and has a bit more shine. It also feels clean without being stripped, which I appreciate. Time will tell on the strengthening and growth claims, but so far it feels promising.Looking at the ingredients, it is packed with things like rosemary, ginger, aloe, and eucalyptus, which are commonly used for scalp health and overall hair care. It feels like a more natural, plant focused approach rather than a typical shampoo formula.It does not lather like what most people are used to, so there is a bit of an adjustment period, but once you figure out how to use it, it works well.One thing to note, mine did not come with the pump top shown in the listing. It came as a tall bottle with a squeeze pour top instead. It still works fine, just not what I was expecting.I will be honest, I was definitely influenced by TikTok to try it, but I am glad I did. It is not my absolute favorite yet, but it is a really interesting, clean feeling product that I enjoy using.

Don’t recommend if you have greasy/ oily hair
This shampoo smells very herbal and feels natural, but in my experience, I have greasy hair and this shampoo actually made it feel even more oily instead of helping it. It cleans okay at first, but it doesn’t seem to control oil well or keep the hair feeling fresh for long. It might work better for other hair types, but it wasn’t suitable for my oily hair.

Not as good as advertised.
I looked forward to receiving and trying out this shampoo, because I love herbal and natural products. Good ones smell wonderful and work great. Sadly, this shampoo fell far short of what I hoped for.First, it looks nothing like the listing pictures. The bottle is a different shape with a different top and the liquid is a muddy brown color. There are definitely herbal pieces of things floating around in it, but other than the rosemary, most are hard to identify or even see clearly.Second, it doesn’t smell at all like what I expected or hoped for. Despite all the plants in it, it has a strange (but fairly mild) floral/detergent/perfumey smell. Fragrance is listed in the ingredients, and I have to wonder why they didn’t just add rosemary oil or some other fragrance from one of the plants already in the bottle. Cinnamon, clove, and ginger would have been a wonderful smell!Third, it’s quite thick and doesn’t lather well. I was really unsure of how much to use because without it lathering, I had trouble spreading it around on my head and through my hair. I end up using more of this than I normally would for other shampoos.The shampoo rinses out easily enough and leaves my hair feeling clean – but not amazing or extra clean or anything special in any way. The directions say to let it sit on your hair for 5 minutes. I’ve tried letting it sit for 5 minutes and only letting it sit for 1 minute. I didn’t notice a difference in the results either way. However, my hair seems to get greasy faster after using this shampoo than other shampoos. I keep wondering if I’m supposed to use more of the shampoo, or lather, rinse, & repeat, or if that’s just how this is.For the current price of $20, I just can’t recommend this. It’s everything you don’t want in a shampoo experience: it doesn’t look nice, it doesn’t smell nice, it’s a pain to put on your hair, and the results from using it are average at best.
