This brand has been my go-to for makeup and nail polish for a long time. Low-cost, high-quality cosmetics that do not break the bank. This eyeliner came quickly and I had no difficulty using it. It’s a basic eyeliner pencil with a twist tube that allows you to access the full amount of makeup. It’s soft enough for me to use a brush to thicken the line with a brush or lighten the amount with a q-tip. Once setting spray is used it does not usually smudge easily.

Navy Blue is soft color, more like grey, but works for me.
I ordered this LA colors eyeliner pencil in navy, but its not navy blue is more like grey vs blue. I still like this soft color and will keep this pencil. Perfect for everyday Not too much in your face makeup. Very smooth and smudge resistant.

Not Super Pigmented But Decent For The Price
For the price, this isn’t bad—but it’s also not the most intense white eyeliner. I was hoping for something really bright and visible on the waterline, but this one is pretty subtle. I’ve found that I have to kind of “warm it up” first (like swatching it on my hand or a piece of paper) before applying, otherwise it doesn’t show up very strong. Even then, the color isn’t super bold… it’s more soft than crisp/bright white.That said, for how inexpensive it is, it’s not enough to really bother me. It still works, just takes a little extra effort.Overall: good budget option if you don’t need super high pigment, but if you’re looking for a really bold white liner, this might fall a bit short.
