Pretty darn perfect
I bought this in color 102 because I had another that was too dark. Have a lite complexion that freckled in the old days. The pump dispenser means I need to be careful with how much I get of each but this worked out ok. I like the texture on my 75 year old skin. I do use a color corrector on my dark spots first & get really good coverage without looking heavy, It lasts all day too.

This foundation is absolutely amazing and it has already become my favorite foundation out of all the ones I wear. I was skeptical to buy it because the reviews have been mixed. I think if you have oily skin, it seems that you probably won’t like this one and apparently the shades are not that great, but for me personally , I have normal skin so this is absolutely beautiful on my mature skin. It feels so nice going on. It doesn’t settle into any lines or wrinkles. It covers. It doesn’t look like makeup and it doesn’t feel like make up and the shade I got 118 does not oxidize on me. I did have to go down a few shades from my normal Maybelline shade numbers. I would recommend getting a shade 10 digits less than whatever you normally use in Maybelline fit me or Maybelline serum foundation.

Orange, orange, orange
I purchased 090 neutral with fair neutral combo skin. The finish of this after about six hours of light-activity wear without powder was gorgeous. It was perfectly glowy without looking greasy, and sat well over my dry patches. It was light, natural-looking coverage, which I prefer. Unfortunately, despite a great color match on application, it oxidized to be completely orange. In fact, it was an unwearable and clown-faced orange that I couldn’t even tamp down with concealer. I understand and accept that some oxidation can occur, even in my favorite foundation (NARS Light Reflecting). But such an extreme change is ridiculous and disappointing. I couldn’t believe the difference between the color of the bottle and what I was seeing on my face. Clearly this is an oversight in the formula since I chose a neutral / light shade. If you’re tan, this could be a good foundation for you, but otherwise, steer clear.

Skin like foundation
I been looking for a foundation for my combination skin. I also don’t like makeup that is heavy on my skin. This foundation is like my skin while covering my blemishes. A co-worker asked why my skin was glowing. This foundation is buildable but I like to have a thin layer and I still have “great skin” after all day of wearing it. My work requires a mask and this foundation stayed on longer than my old one. Doesn’t have that ugly dryness at the nose like other foundation.

The product is easy to apply and blend and feels good on the skin. I would describe the coverage as maybe one step above a cheap tinted moisturizer. It is quite watery and takes a lot of product to achieve medium coverage. Wouldn’t purchase again

Dry and patchy
Wow im not sure if I just got a bad batch for both the foundation and concealer but this was absolutely horrible on my skin. It broke apart and was patchy by the 4 hrs mark. It sat on top of my skin and it disappeared completely from my chin and mouth area. I used it with primer and without primer. I have dry skin but my T zone gets oily by the end of the day. This felt so drying. It was thick and didn’t blend out easy. Good color match, but i know my color in maybelline. It gave me a very stillted look and nothing felt or looked natural. No weird smells. The packaging didn’t look open or used when I first got it. So maybe this summer I’ll buy it from Ulta and try again. This was not for me. (Also, I am not a makeup professional at all)

love this foundation. It gives good coverage which looking light and dewy on the skin. makes my very dry skin look moisturized. I do apply a layer of sweet almond oil first but I have done this all my other foundations also and they don’t give a finish as soft as this one does.

Good wear time and it does give the skin a nice healthy looking glow. My only complaint is that the shade range is pretty warm, the closest shade for my skin tone is a bit yellowish for me
