How often should I use this serum?
Please be advised that start only use one drop every other day. If no irriation or redness happen, you can use one time per day maximum.
Should I use moisturize afterwards?
Yes. It is recommended to use your routine moisturizing cream to soothe the skin. Also it is recommended to use sunscreen if you apply this milia serum during the day.
What is BHA’s function and what is niacinamide’s function?
This milia & acne remover treatment serum includes 3% BHA (Salicylic acid). It helps exfoliate inside pores, helping improve skin texture and clarity over time. The niacinamide (2%) helps brighten the skin.
How long does it take to see results?
It will take 4-6 weeks to see the result depends on the size , the location of the milia. In most cases, it will decrease the size of the milia , while not 100% remove it.

Peeling skin, redness and stinging sensation.
After using this essence for about two weeks, the skin around my nose started to peel, and my cheeks felt a bit red and itchy. I stopped using it for a few days and it recovered. But when I tried it again, the same problem occurred. It was too irritating for me, so I had to give it up.

This Milia Remover works well with consistency
I purchased the Milia Remover for treatment around my eyes. There is just a tiny medicinal smell but not offensive at all. It is not sticky and absorbs quickly, so I can use my eye gel over top once it dries, followed by my makeup. It works, but takes a commitment to regular use. The milia have shrunk with some gone and the larger ones almost diminished. My dermatologist told me milia are difficult to treat and eliminating the cause is the first step. I switched my facial products around my eyes and skincare to Cetaphil and Cerave with Hyaluronic Acid and have no new milia. My skin looks brighter and healthier. Its a good value for the money and lasts me about six weeks using twice daily. I had no skin sensitivity.

I originally just wanted to remove a few fat granules on my cheekbones. But it took me half a month to do it, and then three or four new ones grew nearby! I don’t know if it’s because the product clogged the pores or for some other reason. I definitely stopped using it and won’t try it again.
