Sky blue. Bubblegum pink. Blazing red. Queen Letizia of Spain’s royal wardrobe has always featured a kaleidoscope of bold colors. That said, there’s one particular shade the Spanish monarch doesn’t seem to have been a big fan of—until now. Because during one of her most recent appearances, Queen Letizia stepped out in a very on-trend yellow dress.
Before the queen traveled to the regions affected by the current wildfires in Spain to speak with local communities, she visited the Ourense headquarters of the Spanish fashion brand Adolfo Domínguez—which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year—at the end of last week.

For the occasion, Queen Letizia chose a midi dress from the label featuring a geometric pastel pattern that resembles a minimalist, avant-garde take on floral motifs. While the pattern does include shades of pink, blue, and green, the dress most notably shimmers in various shades of yellow.
