GREAT shampoo and it can volumize too
I’ve been using various hair loss shampoos for years. I rank this as one of the VERY BEST because it actually has a quality few of them really have: it truly moisturizes the hair and can volumize very well. Firstly, I know full well (after 20 years of use) the ingredients that are optimal to combat hair loss. This shampoo has all of them — and then some. I found: 1) even though I have a sensitive scalp and have to often rotate shampoos, this one I can use every day. 2)I have a mild fungus condition. This relieved it and in fact it isn’t there when I use it. It’s the mix of ingredients. 3)No hair loss when I use it. 4) If I switch to another shampoo (like a dandruff one) it’s perfectly fine when I go back to — no rash, it just picks up where it left off. 5)Unlike most shampoos that advertise they combat hair loss this does NOT dry the hair. This keeps the air and scalp in perfect condition. I credit that to its mix of ingredients — particularly the aloe, MSM and the silk protein. In this respect it is VERY different from others out there (I’ve dropped one product I used for 20 years now because it dried my hair out and gave me some fungus). 6): What they do NOT advertise enough is how it can make the hair THICKER. I found this out by accident. I used it one day, and then due to being in a rush and a variety of things didn’t shower the next day. I was surprised at how think my hair looked. So I experimented: I decided to show the morning of the THIRD DAY. I was TRULy shocked since my hair was volumized to the extent it looked like I almost wore a wig. I went into Super Cuts and the hair stylist was amazed (I’m not going to go a day without a shower). The big thing is I see few if any problems with this shampoo and it ranks at the top of shampoos of its kind. FOOTNOTE: When I first bought it I didn’t buy the conditioner and was a disappointed with how my hair felt. So I ordered the conditioner which really does make a difference. (I”ll post some of this review on my review of the conditioner plus expand on that subject on Amazon as well). Also, I’m a nationally performing entertainer (ventriloquist) so how my hair looks is VERY important. This is not only good for the scalp but great for the actual hair. PHOTO is before I didn’t shower but you can see how soft and thick the hair is.

I ordered this product in mid-January 2019 and now, four months later of using it every day, the small 8 oz bottle is almost empty. I was very concerned about paying so much for little shampoo, but this tiny bottle lasted as long as must large “jugs” you get at a hairdresser. I am a man with average length hair, and it only takes two pumps, which is probably 1/2 teaspoon, to provide all the lather and cleansing that I need.The bottle says to leave it on your hair for 3-4 minutes, so I always start my shower with washing my hair and then while it sits I simply lather my body with soap, shave, and then brush my teeth. Once done with those tasks I rinse my hair and body and I’m ready to step out and face the day!The shampoo has a clean scent and is what I would refer to as a clarifying shampoo. It leaves your hair squeaky clean with no residue, and in fact has cleared up what I would refer to as “adult cradle cap” that I have had for decades. I no longer have that oily, scaly residue on my head!I am going to order another bottle and try it for another four months to see how it impacts my hair. I do not think I have lost any more hair since using the product, and I was losing hair at a rapid pace over the past two years before using this shampoo. I even think my hair looks thicker, although I need to give it more time before I make a final decision on that as it may just be changing the body of my hair to look thicker (hey, I’ll take that!).In any case, if this shampoo stops me from losing hair or helps me grow it back, even if a little, it is a great bargain compared to other alternatives out there that require dermatologists or physicians to get involved.

Great for thinning hair!
I have been looking for a hair growth product since having medication cause my hair to thin. I have used it for 2 weeks now (only wash my hair every other day) and there is a noticeable difference. It’s minty too for a nice morning wake up! I would recommend this product. Two downfalls are: 1. It is a little pricey for the amount you get in a bottle. I typically spend the big bucks on salon shampoo. 2. It requires a 2 minute wait for each shampoo and conditioner.

Surprisingly Fast Results!
I received the shampoo 2 days ago and used it the day I received it and, again, today. I was both surprised and delighted by the fact that only 1/4 to 1/3 of the hair that, typically, comes out when I comb it the first time after shampooing and conditioning it came out on my comb today. Although I, also, usually have some hair fall out onto my shoulders, I had no hair on my shoulders today! Obviously, it’s way too soon for me to comment on hair growth, however, I didn’t expect to have so much less hair fall out after only two uses of the shampoo. I am also using the conditioner and it’s possible that I got such a good, quick result due to the use of both products. The scent is a clean, crisp, mild scent so it won’t offend or bother anyone. Using this shampoo is as easy as using any other shampoo and keeping it on for 2 minutes before rinsing it out isn’t a problem for me. I was relieved to find out, by reading other reviews, that I won’t have to shampoo my hair every day to get good results. (My plan, for now, is to shampoo my hair every other day.) Although this is an expensive shampoo and although I still need to find out whether my hair will grow by using it, so far, I’m very pleased with the results. By the way, although the company will send me one free bottle of the shampoo for this review, I wouldn’t write a 5-star review if I didn’t think that it was a 5-star product. I searched high and low for the most highly-rated affordable (by me) product (rated not only on Amazon, but elsewhere as well) and this product was the product that was the most highly rated regarding my hair goals, i.e., to stop losing more hair than what is considered to be normal hair loss and to grow new hair. I will write, again, in several months to report on any new hair growth.
